Then someone else got on phone also SAW Larry. He was the most rude, snippy jerk of a person. Seriously, if I were a criminal, I could see being an ass on the phone. However I'm a law abiding citizen of KY. Police supporter, CERT team, O.E.S. and KY Colonel. Not to mention ..I just came back from my 3rd visit this week, with my Oncologist . Your attitude was the LAST thing I needed on the other end of the line.
I called this morning in response to my dad's estate and making sure papers were filed. The first gentleman's name (I thought was Larry) was Very kind and listened.
I, and others deserve more respect on the phone than what I received this morning. Whoever you are, Whitley county, should look into getting someone to replace you. Someone who knows how to respectfully answer calls, and can show respect to others not treat them as if they're worthless. Go back to school, or through training, and learn a few things about how to treat others.
